Fried Shrimp Sauce

Materials :
Rack of lamb / veal, 500 grams , cut and wash clean
Lime juice , 50 ml
1 leaf fragrant pandan leaves
1 stalk crushed Lemongrass
2 pieces of Lime leaves
Beef broth, 1 sheet
1 piece Tomato cut into pieces
Water , moderately
Margarine, 50 grams
Cooking oil , 2 tablespoons

Seasonings :
Red onion , 5 grains
Garlic , 2 cloves
Red chili , 6 pieces
Cayenne pepper , 5 pieces
Pepper powder , 1/2 teaspoon
Salt , moderately
Sugar, moderately

How to cook :
1.Heat up cooking oil in skillet use HOCK stove
2.Marinate the meat with lemon juice , let stand at least 30 minutes . Rinse and drain .
3.Saute ground spices , tomatoes , beef broth , pandan leaves , lemongrass , and lime leaves until fragrant .
4.Enter the rack of lamb , stirring until blended.
5.Pour water , cook until ribs are soft and the water runs out . Lift ribs from seasoning .
6.Grilled ribs over charcoal embers until it dry and the seasoning soak into ribs ,while spread with margarine and seasoning , remove from heat .
7.Serve ribs with remaining seasoning
