Spicy Balado Bacil Shrimp
400 grams prawns , peeled leaving tails
Handful of basil leaves
Oil for frying
4 cloves of garlic
6 spring onions
7 pieces of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 large size tomato
3 large red chilies
1 tsp shrimp paste
1 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
2 eggs hazelnut
How to cook :
1. Having weeded shrimp , soak it first with lemon and store in the refrigerator . Let's prepare the marinade .
2 . Blend the spices together until completely smooth and leaves no rough part .
3 . Heat the oil on low heat using HOCK Gas Stove, then saute until the flavour of fragrant seasonings out and change color . Enter the basil leaves and stir fry for a moment .
4 . Enter the shrimp , stir-fry until the meat is cooked . Give a little more water to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat and stir-fry until the water turns back into a thick sauce .
5 . Serve while warm with white rice and other vegetables
