Sour and Spicy Crab

Fried Shrimp Sauce

4 Crab-size pieces
1/4 thumb crushed galangal 
2 stalks Spring onion
2 Lime, taken the water
1 stalk lemongrass
3 sheets of orange leaves
1 glass of water
1 tbsp soy sauce fish
1 tsp salt
Cooking oil, for frying

5 pieces of red chilli
5 cloves Shallots
1 clove Pecan

How to cook:
1. Heat up cooking oil in skillet use HOCK stove
2. Boil the crab, then open the shell and clean the gills, Split into 2 sides
3. Saute the chopped herbs, galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass until fragrant then add the fish sauce and fresh scallions add water
4. Add the crab and cook over low heat until the spices permeate
5. Before being appointed input lime juice
6. Crabs ready to be served
