Grilled Squid Salad Rujak

Fried Shrimp Sauce

8 squid large size, cut the head, remove the skin and wash clean the contents
3 lime leaves
500 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp tamarind juice

Spices :
5 red chilli
3 cloves garlic
5 red chilli
Cayenne pepper to taste
3 Grains of hazelnut
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cm turmeric

How to Make:
1. Heat up cooking oil in skillet use HOCK stove
2. Squid stew with coconut milk, chopped seasoning, and add the tamarind.
3. Cook over low heat until the sauce dries, remove and cool down.
4. Stick the head of a squid in a skewer.
5. Grilled squid occasionally inverted and oiled with rest of seasonings.
6. If you already smell the flavored of grilled, lift up the squid and seperate from the puncture
7. Arrange the squid on serving plate, serve while hot
