Fried Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients:
500 grams of beef liver ( can be substituted with chicken liver )
1 ( one ) teaspoon salt
3 ( three ) tablespoons of coconut milk
300 grams of shrimp
10 ( ten ) pieces red chili
2 ( two ) pieces of leaves
2 ( two ) stalks lemongrass & pounded
4 ( four ) lime leaves
20 petai ( when do not like may be substituted with potatoes )
One (1) tablespoon of fried onions ( for distributed )
Oil for frying ( to taste )

Fine Seasonings Ingredients :
12 grains of red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cm galangal
2 tablespoons tamarind juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tsp shrimp paste
1-2 teaspoons sugar ( to taste )

How to cook:
1 . Heat up cooking oil in skillet use HOCK stove
2 . Cut the liver into dices ( 1.5 cm) , for chicken livers divided into 2
3 . Cover the salt , then pour the coconut milk , stir evenly and let stand approximately 10 minutes
4 . Remove shrimp heads and set aside.
5 . Fried liver, shrimp , chili until done and set aside.
6 . Saute the spices , add bay leaves, lemon grass and lime leaves .
7 . Once fragrant , add the liver pieces and petai , stir until evenly distributed.
8 . Add prawns and chilli slice, stir and then raised .
9 . Sprinkle with fried onions and serve while warm .
