Sour and Spicy Crab
Ingredients:
4 Crab-size pieces
1/4 thumb crushed galangal
2 stalks Spring onion
2 Lime, taken the water
1 stalk lemongrass
3 sheets of orange leaves
1 glass of water
1 tbsp soy sauce fish
1 tsp salt
Cooking oil, for frying
Spices:
5 pieces of red chilli

How to cook:
