Curry Crab Bendega
Curry Crab Bendega Ingredients:
Fresh crabs, 200 gram, clear
Margarine / cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
Coconut milk, 500 ml
Curry Crab Bendega Seasoning :
Red pepper, 2 pieces
Cayenne pepper, 2 pieces
Red onion, 3 eggs
Garlic, 2 cloves
Turmeric, 2 knuckles, puree
Pecan, 2 eggs
Ginger, 2 knuckles, crushed
Galangal, 2 fingers, crushed
How to make Curry Crab Bendega:
1. Finely chop all ingredients except ginger and galangal.
2. Heat up cooking oil in skillet use HOCK stove,saute all chopped herbs until fragrant.
3. Enter ginger and galangal. Pour coconut milk, cook until boiling milk while stirring occasionally so as not to break.
4. Enter crab, cook over a high heat until cooked crab about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
