Snapper Fish Sweet & Sour Sauce
Snaper Fish Ingredients :
250g snapper fillets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
4 tablespoons cornstarch
Sweet and sour sauce ingredients :
1 clove garlic , finely chopped
1 cm ginger , finely chopped
1/2 onion , sliced lengthwise
1 large red chilies , seeded , sliced oblique
25 g carrots , cut into matchsticks
1/2 chives, sliced oblique
250 ml broth
4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp english soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp chicken broth powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch , dissolved in a little water
oil for frying and sauteing
How to make :
1 . Snapper : Rinse snapper , diced . Mix with salt , pepper , and lemon juice . Mix well , let stand for 15 minutes . Mix the cornstarch , stir until all surfaces are covered . Heat oil use HOCK stove, fry the fish until cooked and golden browned . Lift , drain and set aside .
2 . Sweet and sour sauce : Add the garlic and ginger , stir-fry until fragrant . Enter onions , red peppers large , and carrots . Pour the broth , boil up. Enter tomato sauce , english soy sauce , sugar , salt , chicken broth powder , and pepper . Bring to re-boil again . Enter chives and cornstarch, stir until thickened , remove from heat.
3 . Presentation : Arrange fried snapper on a serving plate , pour topped with sweet and sour sauce and serve immediately.
