Fried Shrimp Sauce

Yellow Seasoning Fish Ingredients:
4 mackerel tail, wash clean and fries
200 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut
Cayenne pepper 5 pieces
Orange leaves 1 sheet
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Spices:
2 garlic cloves
4 grains of red onion
Coriander 1/2 teaspoon
1 cm turmeric, grilled
Pecan 1 point
salt to taste
Sugar to taste

How to cook Fish Seasoning Yellow:
1. Heat up cooking oil in skillet use HOCK stove
2. Saute ground spices, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant.
3. Enter the cayenne pepper and stir well,enter the fish, mix well.
4. Pour coconut milk, cook until boiled and the seasoning soak into the fish while stirring so as not to rupture. Lift up.
5. Serve.
