Fried Shrimp Sauce

Materials :
Goat Meat, 250 grams boiled , diced
Goat Offal ( lung , tripe, intestines ) , 250 grams boiled and sliced
Beans , 100 grams , boiled until the fissure, and lift up
1 shaft Lemongrass, smashed
3 cm Ginger , smashed
2 Indonesian Bay Leaf
Cinnamon , 4 cm
Santan liquid, 400 ml of 1/2 coconut
Santan fluids , 600 ml of 1 coconut
2 tablespoons of oil
1 Tomato slice 8 sides
Fried onions, moderately

Spices :
8 Red onions
4 cloves White onion
4 cm Turmeric, grilled and peeled
2 1/2 cm Ginger
1 cm Kaempferia galanga
3 Hazelnut
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1/3 of Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder
Salt , moderately

How to cook Goat Curry Green Beans :
1.  Heat up cooking oil in skillet use HOCK stove
2 . Stir smooth spices, lemongrass, and Indonesian Bay Leaf until fragrant
3 . Enter the Offal and meat , stir well
4 . Pour Santan liquid, cook until boiling
5 . Add the green beans and cinnamon , stirred and re-boil.
6 . Pour Santan fluids , re-cooked and lift .
7 . Loads Goat Curry Green Beans into the bowl , Spread fried onions and tomato slices in the top.
